At Surplus Recovery, we operate on a No Recovery, No Fee basis. This means our clients are never responsible for any payment unless we successfully recover surplus funds on their behalf.
1. No Upfront Costs
We do not charge:

Application or processing costs
All work is performed at no initial cost to the client.
2. Payment Only Upon Successful Recovery
Clients are only required to pay our agreed-upon service fee after surplus funds have been successfully recovered and confirmed by the appropriate agency or court.
3. Service Fee Structure
Our service fee is a percentage of the actual amount recovered.
This percentage will be clearly outlined and agreed to in writing prior to beginning any recovery efforts.
If no money is recovered, the client owes nothing.
4. No Recovery = No Charge
If we are unable to recover surplus funds for any reason—including denial, ineligibility, expiration, or lack of available funds—the client will not be billed.
5. Client Satisfaction Guarantee
If a client believes fees were charged in error or has concerns about the recovery results, they may contact us at any time for clarification or review.
